I think Gareth Edwards useually comes out top of most polls and I probably have to agree on balance - but it is virtually impossible to say and you would have to put Meads and Johnson right up there

Not sure who the best of all time is as all positions are different, which is the beauty of the game, but if one player is the epitome of rugby it's Martin Johnson.
