How Do I buy tickets

I am a member, but there are no tickets to be bought on the website. I try the phone number and no answer, except eventually I get a message about up coming tickets and that I can buy tickets today, but then I get "thanks for calling" and that is it. Am I missing a trick?

easiest is either go to the ticket office or just keep trying on the phone... you will get through...

They are not on the website as at the moment they are not on sale to the general public..... only for memebers and season ticket holders..
