Nothing wrong with a bit of compitition. Most people on here have been saying all season that that is what Goode needs at Tigers.

It does beg the question as to why Tigers won't consider such players. I know some don't like such an idea, but at the least it would help during internationals and if they are of a good enough calibre and available and are happy to play here then why not take advantage of that.
Also, I don't think Tigers are taking enough advantage of the South African connection that was set-up. We certainly haven't seen much fruit from that yet.

I think Bristol are showing signs of developing into a good club. Whether this guy is competition for Strange or intended to be 1st choice from day one is immaterial - it shows either way that Bristol are developing. They have a small Samoan link and are looking to build upon last year. The interesting bit next season, IMO, is the relegation battle. I think Bristol will do well next year, Quins look pretty good and should stay up - who will go down?
