Re - Baa baas not being a full international
remember in those days the baa baas invitation against the touring side was considered like a cap - this was virtually a Lions side with Tom David being the only uncapped player at the time,I think.
The lions had beaten the blacks in '71 in NZ and the blacks would have considered beating this baa baa team as the nearest thing to the lions on home soil - believe me they would have been trying!
brialliant game - not just that try -worth having on video - watch occasionally when had a few beers and wish to be nostalgic
