Re: Job Marler racially abusing a Welsh player? No Sanction

Apples and oranges Hartley had been warned earlier in the match about making comments that could be considered to be aimed at the ref. So not heat of the moment - just dumb. Glad to see a bit of common sense being used in the end. Like the suggestion of Marler buying Lee a beer! All in all probably ...

Re: Team vs Exeter

Or perhaps its just the very widely communicated back spasm that he has been suffering.

Re: Mike Ford's version of taking responsibility

Loved the shots of Brucie. Facial expression looked like someone had put the wrong olive in his Martini.

Re: Radio Commentary

Mike McCarthy was indeed a major step forward. I want RL to keep Bled on as a pundit, but no more commentaries please. Sorry Snorbins but if you listen to Bleds commentary whilst watching the game, the two are only loosely connected.

Ref radios

Until a few years ago it was possible to tune in to hear the referees during the games at WR using a sports radio. Does anyone know if the reason it no longer works is because they have moved to a fequency outside of the range of those radios or is it because they are using digital encryption.

Re: Interesting citing....

Hartley must be feeling left out.

Still, plenty of time. He has just come back after all.

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback - Season 2015/16

A real shock last night. Just the one round in the FW after the game, but of three different drinks and wait for it - Correct beers (including a cask tiger) served at an appropriate speed given the size of the crowd and charged the right amount. It was like being in a real bar! Really hope that it w...

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback - Season 2015/16

Iain, I posted about the declining standard of service in the FW over the last few games but was put off a bit by the attention you attracted on facebook' so removed my earlier post. But on reflection here goes: Over that last three home games I have been overcharged, had the wrong drinks served to ...

Re: Tigers chants & songs

I have been in a similar situation myself in Wales and it would have been great to have a good traditional song with which to respond. However we do not and don't feel comfortable with going down the Saracens route of either creating a tacky song (Here we go) or stealing someone elses (Stand up....)...

Re: Tigers chants & songs

Can't agree about Rock Bottom, they seem very popular to me and fit the "know your audience" logic. It seems to me that lots of people do join in singing the favourites. However I would like to see them ditch the guest singers spots. As demonstrated by a female singer a few weeks ago nothi...

Agreed - If we can stop breaking 10s we will see him at his best again. We have seen flashes of his individual best (Stade etc.) but need that long standing relationship.
