Re the breakdown - our breakdown specialist (Ben Herring) left during the season and to my knowledge was not replaced.

Could this be a contributory factor?

The problem is he may be a top offcial in rank but having watched him for a number of seasons as TJ and ref I would submit that he is not a top offical in ability.
