See that our lone loanee this weekend did okay - Simmons, playing at 14, got a hat trick of tries for Jersey Reds away at Cov.

Re: Newcastle (A) Friday night -18th March 2022 - PRC

Tom Harrison now leading the squad.

Makes an already inexperienced set of forwards task a wee bit more difficult. But should be a good experience for the youngsters.

Best of luck to the Deacons and Robinsons at the maternity wards.

Re: Newcastle (A) Friday night -18th March 2022 - PRC

That's a very experimental Tigers squad - quite a lot of experience in the starting backs; not so much in the forwards, so it will be interesting to see how much ball they get. Newcastle look to be putting out a much more experienced squad - at home, and probably giving this competition a higher pri...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Aled Walters and the Philosopher's Stone

Wasn't one of the main reason's for Gigenga's departure to Irish because he is classed as 'overseas'? If Tigers occasionally juggle with this, I am always bemused by how many of the LI teams are non-epq players, and how many at least appear as if they are from Aus/Argentina/NZ. On another tack - wat...
