Back to the OP: that's a real shame as, presumably, that'll mean he'll miss the Samoa tour?
I'm going to my first Twickenham match for years (Eng v Samoa) so it'll be a shame if he's missing...

Re: Stand up?
I always do, as well as scream stupidly loudly.
Sometimes I run around cheering.
I have to be careful not to run into the television, though.

Until Jack Dempsey came back to fight Gene Tunney in 1927. But he got beaten anyway, and we've been waiting 83 years for anyone else to come back.
Well, Kim Clijsters, perhaps.

Re: Tigers v Leeds Live match discussion: HT Tigers 24 Leeds 6
Are we playing well or is the Leeds defence poor? Not going to moan about 4 tries in either case, just interested to hear whether we're stepping it up or just waltzing through poor tackling (a la first half at Wasps). Commentary just asked similar thing...is it Tigers playing better or have Leeds f...

Re: Are Wasps our arch rivals?
No.
Our arch rivals are Toulouse, Munster and the All Blacks. We are the four teams that others fear. That is the benchmark.

Flood off to Bath
Just saw a horrible rumour about this on another site. Can't be true, can it?? Playing well for us, playing well for England... what would a move to Bath achieve apart from surely denting his international ambitions? Unless he's fallen out with someone at WR?? :smt017 Can't find anything in the Merc...

Re: Saints Players Cited
How the panel can believe the club when they say Mujati was concussed is beyond me. Even I can see he is not concussed. We have to wonder why first aiders and doctors bother to check for concussion when it's so easy to tell whether someone is concussed from the stands / comfort of the sofa. Perhaps...

Re: Tigers to float on Stock Market
Lots of opinions on this thread... some educated, some... erm... less so. Very disappointed to read the story but only because it's one of my firm's biggest competitors who have been mandated to do this (and not us). Grrr :smt022 Just to correct a few misconceptions that seem to have arisen: Q: Debt...

Re: Vainikolo in court.
All charges dropped as the jury failed to reach a verdict. ( Must have been all Gloucs fans then). How difficult is it for this jury to see that Vainikolo left a man lying in the street with a fractured skull is obviously guilty. So another thug from rugby can go around beating people up and get of...

Re: How's Geordan?
How long before Mauger is crocked again? We need someone other than Mauger to take over for however long Geordan is out for. And I am not convinced Mauger will stay fit. Probably already crocked. In fact he's probably out for the rest of the season. No point in giving anyone else the captaincy as t...

Re: Sell out for Newcastle game?
We have to bear in mind Bleddyn's "occasional" problems with saying the right thing. It may well be that, considering it's only just been reported that sales have topped 20,000, he probably meant to say there are 4 THOUSAND tickets left! :smt002 :smt002 True, or if his discussion of ticke...
