Scotland who are in a similar position and are benefiting from it. Edinburgh also top of the table you mean by allowing players to play for sides other than Glasgow and Edinburgh I presume? I think the WRU are also too broke currently to can him until after the World Cup . maybe they should ditch that stupid law, some of their stars may leave the regions but they'll save a fortune in wages, even if they just extend it to the UK so they can play in England and Scotland Scotland who are...

I would think so the medical is for insurance reasons so a pre existing condition wouldn't necessarily be a disqualifier
