I think he reckons he is already at an international standard. Also he is only 21 (or 22)- that is extremely young in rugby and although he has played a lot of games he is still inexperienced. I have not been particularly impressed with Tuilagi's performances this season. He made a couple of breaks yesterday, one of which probably would have been a try if he'd offloaded to Rabeni, but other than that looked distinctly average.
