Re: Toomua
I'm sure a fully fit Toomua would excel like he did when he first arrived. Its pretty obvious he is carrying an injury. The same is true of a few other players. Lack of depth is a problem but we have had some great players come through from the Academy over the last couple of years. In a year or tw...

Re: Toomua
De Villiers wasn't a Marquee signing. He arrived recovering from jury. Spent half his time with us broken and in bits, but always gave his absolute all. Unlike this dilettante. His opening missed tackle against Exeter, which lead directly to a try summed Toomua's overall contribution up. I do agree...

Re: Toomua
Toomua released himself in September. The worst 'marquee' signing in premiership history. Not his talent. His commitment t to the cause. Shameless. In premiership history? Seriously? He is not even the worst marquee signing in his position at his club. Have you forgotten the highly forgettable DeVi...

Re: Peter Tom article
Not much in that. Sometimes I wonder if there is too much analysis. Cockers used to like the expression “paralysis by analysis”. I know what he means but this expression is missing the point. I don’t think it’s a case of too much or too little analysis. Rather it’s a case of asking the right questi...

Re: Ampthill anyone?
Ampthill is a proper rugby club. Really friendly atmosphere, like Sarries was before Nigel Wray took control and turned the whole thing toxic. Pitch by the club house is a mud bath, but that could presumably could be replaced. I think the first team currently play on one of the upper pitches, but wh...

Re: Sean Edwards
S.E would be better suited in the English coaching team. And by the weekends showing, we (England) need him. No nonsense, get down to it, no excuses type of coach. I am happy the way Tigers defence is improving and SE would have aspirations bigger then Club rugby. :smt019 Dont think Warps could aff...

Re: Sale vs Tigers
We're re-building - yes, again, but there you are - and we've got 19 of the senior squad injured or on international duty. Nineteen. Nearly a score in old money. Being positive is easy when your team is winning but I rather think it's at times like this that the guys need our support. Not blind all...

Re: Tigers v Wasps
So from what people are saying they feel that a player should not be allowed to fly hack a ball if it’s bouncing around in case the opposition fall on it. No. I don’t believe anyone is saying that. It’s generally reasonable to fly hack a ball, BUT sometimes if a player is diving on it, its reckless...

Re: Worcester vs Tigers
I found Allen's comment utterly depressing . If the only strategy of our Coaching Team is to kick ( very poorly at that ! ) and pray for a mistake then there is little hope of progress . I did not interpret what Allen said in that way. I may be wrong but I thought he was acknowledging it was a poor...

Re: BEST FIFTEEN.
Apologies if this has been done before. Based on the players you have actually watched play, which would be your best fifteen? Obviously a great deal would depend upon your age, so there should be a fair amount of variation. No apologies needed. This is great, though very difficult, it may take me ...

Another vote here for a return of Slater. Not sure whose dumb idea it was to let him go.Wayne Richardson Fan Club wrote: ↑Fri Feb 08, 2019 6:22 pm Slater would be a good book to get back regardless of his knees.
Wasn't treated very well by RC or MOC especially over the captaincy.
Watson yes but only if BOC & Evans leave.
