Re: Errors?
by DingDong » Tue Nov 20, 2018 9:45 am 100% right! At least we were spared "There are lots of positives we can take from this game"! As things stand, we are barely a premiership side. I can't think of a single side which we could be sure of beating, even at Welford Road. Are players no lon...

Re: Live streaming
I watch ONLY RU, and only in HD on a big screen. I would't pay through the nose for a contract with anyone, but I find NOWTV day-passes ideal for watching rugby. Excellent quality, and no buffering issues.

Plastic pitches
Given the upsurge in concern over player welfare, don't they have enough to contend with, without the burns and abrasions caused by artificial surfaces? If Tigers can produce a top-class natural playing surface, surely other clubs could as well. Are there grounds (no pun intended!) for banning plast...

Tatafu
Interesting comment by Cheika the other day: "The squad announcement, available online at Rugby.com.au, states: "Tatafu Polota-Nau will stay in England to give his body a break for the remainder of the year."" Is he not aware that this is the height of the English season?

Re: Ulster v Tigers
My club has officially become a joke! What a lamentable performance. Pathetic line-out again. Total failure to convert any scoring chance. Is it beyond the coaching staff to get, at least, the basics right? Passing is appalling. We need a strong character to take this club by the scruff of the neck,...

Re: Saints v Tigers
Ref: Chobbsy "agree, as I said on another topic, it could be embarrassing plus we don't even seem to have 2 fit centres now that Owen went off injured yesterday" Couldn't agree more; a point I tried to make last season, but was rather pooh-poohed for it. JP Doyle: arbitrary and inconsisten...

The missing list needs to include Gengey, for his out-and-out ball-carrying aggression. Get well soon!

Re: Could we be having the World's best wing?
I have long believed he's the best wing in the Prem. The question is, if we keep on the way we've started, how long will we keep him, and others?

Tom Brady
So, at last, we know what happened to Tom Brady; shame, I don't think I ever saw so much pleasure on a players face when running with the ball.

Re: 2018-19 squad
Of course they're classed as backs! No one is talking about "backs". I have long been concerned about the lack of attacking centres. If any of our better centres is injured, it has a devastating effect on our attacking capabilities. My comment was based upon the club's own designation of t...
