Re: Behaviour at Welford Road.
When I went on boxing day and stood having got there early I found that many people (who were all young men actually) came late and were trying to get as close to the front as possible.. .. Saints, (wash my mouth out :smt030 ) might just have got it right. The terrace, becase it is soooooooo tiny i...

Re: Behaviour at Welford Road.
However, I have to ask why we go to Welford Road. Is it to drink for 4 hours, or to watch rugby? For many, my self included when I get chance, it is both and I never find myself in bother. However, I have met many Foul mouthed Tea-totaler who will be just as obnoxious as you report. Don't blame the...

Re: Corbs has left the building!
Good luck to Corbs and whatever the future holds for him. Gutted he never came to Tigers where he would have had the ability for rotation.

Re: Still stuck in the mud! - Development updates
I would like to nominate Noggs for some sort of award. I have a level of knowledge and experience in property development from a past life, and I recall having to provide answers to questions from 'operational' colleagues similar to some of the issues raised in this thread. However, I lack Noggs's ...

Re: London Irish Away
Never mind the pubs, will we have the Youngs brothers, Cole and Leo back or do they deserve/need a week off? Would they be having a week off if we were still in the World Cup... No. I reckon that the fair options would be to load the bench with the returning internationals. Starting team 1. Mulipol...

Re: Neil Back
I believe, but am happy to be corrected, that he fell out with the club when he did not get the big job which he thought he deserved. Instead that role went to Heyneke Meyer and then Cockers where it has stayed since.
I believe he left under a cloud and that was that! real shame

Re: George Smiths reason for joining Wasps
I suspect that he will be living in London as the Wasps training ground is still at they home of Wasps FC, Twyford Sports Ground. 2-3 times a month to Coventry is a lot easier from London that 3-4 times a week to London from Coventry.

Just looked at the saints Facebook page and their new Barwell stand is coming on nicely but looking like a meccano set at the moment.

Re: Wynand Olivier
Spectacularly nondescript. What on earth are we signing this journeyman for ?????? How do you class this guy as a "Journey Man"? He played for the Blue Bull and the Bull from 2003 and 2005 respectively until leaving in 2013 earning 180 caps (72+110). He had a 9 game sabbatical in 2012 for...

Thorn 5. Kitchener 6. Gibson/Slater?? 7. Salvi 8. Crane 9. Youngs 10. Burns 11. Goneva 12. Tait 13....

Re: Tigers v Saints
It depends on who Saints want to play. If we win we play Bath and if Saints play Sarries. If we lose, and Exeter win then they play the chiefs and they are a team who have done the Double on Saints this season. Hmmm they will play their strongest 15 in the aim of knocking us out of the competition. ...
