He may have to settle for ProD2 rugby next season as Brive have slipped to 9th and their current form is far from the other promotion seekers.

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

It’s rumoured that Posolo Tuilagi could be in the France starting XV against Italy in Lille on Sunday, so I wonder what the chances are of him playing against his uncle Manu the following weekend in Lyon!

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2022

There is a certain club in the East Midlands that is needing a dynamic No.8 for next season... I'd bite your hand off for him, those who watched a lot of Top14 and don't just take an opinion off 40 minutes of rugby know how good a player he can be. Top player! I too, would be delighted if he were to...

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2022

Could Zach Mercer be heading back to France? Rumours over here say yes. Should he go or should he stay? Borthers doesn’t want him and Glaws aren’t going to win a major trophy so let’s not be surprised if a Top14 club tries to buy him out of his contract.

Re: Kit changes for colourblind viewers

I remember watching the Wales v Ireland games on Grandstand in black and white and it was difficult to tell the two sides apart! Also remember the Ted Lowe gaffe! Priceless!!

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Here's an article in today's Midi Olympique singing the praises of Freddie Steward, awarding him the Oscar of the week and calling him "Monsieur Propre", or Mr Clean!

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Here's the probable French starting XV for Saturday's match at Murrayfield with only two changes, Cameron Woki in the 2nd row in place of Paul "Richard Head" Willemse, and Louis Bielle-Biarrey on the wing for Yoram Moefana. Sadly, scrum half Lucu is unlikely to be replaced by Nolan Le Garr...

Re: French rugby 2023/24

What's the story with Baptiste Jauneau, he doesn't seem to be getting many starts at Clermont and looks like a natural understudy to Dupont in terms of attacking game. He was on the bench on Saturday for Clermont's bp win over Lyon and came on the pitch after 60mins or so. He's still only 20 and fu...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

À pal of mine knows one of the coaches who has said there’s been some serious disagreement with Galthié’s choice if players but on the evidence of yesterday evening, even if Dupont and Ntamack had been playing, the result wouldn’t have changed. Nevertheless, another defeat next Saturday in Edinburgh...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Lucu is having a shocker in Dupont’s absence. Will Galthié have the balls to bring on the promising Le Garrec?
