As it's on BBC, we'll have the totally biased commentary of Eddie :censored: Butler and the punditry of whining Jonathan Davies so it's definitely one to be watched with the sound muted.Soggypitch wrote:Also need Wales to win tomorrow (which the neutrals/tv companies definitely don't want)!

Re: No Championship play-offs for three seasons
Agree that a league is a league but there has to be a level playing field with all teams being able to field the strongest side. Re: No Championship play-offs for three seasons
Sorry Neil Noddy but the Championship playoffs are really a cash cow, I do not like the playoffs in any division as the pure supporter is milked for more of his hard earned money. My exwife was a cashcow & drove a qashqai (cashcow!) :smt042 We all realise that your first in - last out at the Tr...

Re: No Championship play-offs for three seasons

The league is a meritocracy the best team over the season finishes top, only they should be promoted. Based on the experience over the last 10 years the evidence wo...

There's no mention of such in the 2016/17 regulation. See here.Tigerbeat wrote:Not sure if he is eligible to play in the semi final next weekend....I seem to recall that there was a requirement to have been involved in the group games? I may be wrong.

No Championship play-offs for three seasons
According to the Aviva site here.
As long as the top team meets the required criteria, it will be automatically promoted. Now all we need to do is get rid of the play-offs in the Premiership.
