Re: Sale game - Teams up!!

probably one of the best games of the season so far - except for the first 30 minutes of the 2nd half when we switched from ball in hand to a kicking game then we switched back on again a bonus point would have been on if we ha gone back to keeping ball in hand sooner. But a win is a win I s'pose :s...

Re: Manu to play in LV= final

If Manu is fit enough it might be worth putting him on the bench for the semi then he would qualify for the final if needed. The LV= might well be the only peice of Silver ware the club could win in the 14 / 15 season. But only play Manu when he is 100% fit for it.

Manu to play in LV= final

Well if he's fit by the final, would he qualify to play after being out of the game for several months.A frightening prospect for the opposing academy players. :smt027

Re: New Home shirt

whilst wearing the new shirt The team have been sitting on the old wooden benches for 100 years ( not the same team obviously ) The current team from what I recall over the past 9 seasons at least usually come out in the 2nd half playing better than they did in the first half. So the old changing ro...

Re: Northampton v Leicester

We* must look out for 'legitimate' late tackles on our Nr 10 must be solid in defence and DEFINATELY do NOT give any reason for JP to award penalties against us. * Actually WE should not look out for late tackles that's the ref and sideline judges job (with the TMO) I hope our club captain (I assume...

Re: Stubhub

My experience with STUBBYHUB was that I placed my season ticket place on the Crumbie terrace for a game at tigers ticket office face value. It Didn't sell along with several others from what I could gather. Possibly because STUBBYHUB add a premium making the 'face ' value Not face value anymore. I w...

Re: Saracens red card

If you look at one of the excellent photos by GW shown in the Tigers facebook gallery and probably elsewhere. There is a very clear photo of Charlie Hodgesons outstreched arm with his hand in contact with TTTEs face - cheek just below the eye. Distorting TTTEs face. Charlies back is towards the came...

I think he will have fun in Newport, but have to get used to the incessant rain and the lack of fans.

Re: Sale v Tigers

I'll tell you who played very well that day, and was the architect of our downfall - Charlie Hodgson - he had poor old Alex in a right mess with very clever kicking game - and he is playing 10 against on Saturday! I totally agree , and he has played extremely well for Sarries when he comes on from ...

Thanks - I am guessing the answer will be "It's technically possible but is the effort rquired worth it?" - and the sponsors might not be too happy .

Re: Toby Floods last home game for TIGERS

that was my point. (Floodie originally pronounced the the same as Goodie) In Tobys early games for TIGERS he made as many misses as Andy and like him also showed the occasional brilliance. i couldn't see any benefit in changing our #10 at the time. Toby has been a good servant to the club , speciall...
