Re: European Semi Transport

Read http://www.leicestertigers.com/news/24461.php Alternatively, take the train. It'll be cheaper and faster (£10.80 for a Day Return from Leicester - approx. 32 minutes) and you travel when you want, i.e. you're not waiting for everyone to get back to the coach or you can stay longer in Nottingham...

Re: My own high falootin' analysis

Mon ami, I'm sorry we had to shoot off straight after the match but, as I explained, my older brother had pulled a three-line whip on me. I do apologise for him as he still thinks rugby should be played 13-a-side. Luckily the stupidity gene only affects the first born in each generation in our famil...

Re: Tigers' Attendances

Makes you wonder on the SF attendance given they start at £35, will need travel on top and clash with arguably an even bigger LCFC game. I's be surprised if the SF is a sell out... I guess it depends where your loyalties lie. To quote the Immortal Bard: Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my ...

What a :censored: racket they were yesterday! Very monotonous and oblivious to the fact that more noise doesn't automatically equate to more fun.

One of the best perks as a moderator is the ability to quietly amend your basic errors and then delete the posts that pointed them out.

Re: Racing Metro Paris at Nottingham

Ticketmaster UK (see here) will start selling tickets for the match at 11.00 today (Mon 11 Apr). It might be worth non-ST holders looking here first as the City Ground only holds approx. 30,500 and there might not be much left over after the ST holders have had their pick on Wednesday.

Says who? There's nothing definite on the EPCR site yet.

Re: Lack of Tigers in the press

We have to accept we are no longer the flavour of the month. That title has been passed to the beloved Saracens, Exeter, Bath and Quins.

Re: The European Weekend Unfolds......

There's a bit of a trend developing with home teams coming from behind to win in the final stages (Wasps; Sarries; Quins). Let's hope that works for us! I'd rather we run in a shedload of points and put the game beyond doubt asap. There have been too many occasions recently where, in the dying minu...

Jon, you raised it so think you should do it, might get some proper spellings etc. :smt001 As I once said, you can stand in front of 100 monkeys for 100 years explaining Einstein's Theory of relativity but, at the end, they'll still be monkeys. What still amazes me is the number of people who don't...

Still no new moderator

It's now 15 months since the thread asking for a new moderator was put up and still the post has not been filled. I've seen FIFA presidents legally elected faster than this.

Before anyone asks, no.

I'm sure there's always cabs parked outside the railway station. As for the return journey, I guess you'd have to book one.

The BBC is saying sunny intervals, 11-12°C with a ESE wind of around 15mph/24kph (i.e. wind blowing from right to left as you come out of the players' tunnel).
