Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
If it wasn’t sad it would be funny And ultimately Chessum wasn't really playing 6 on Saturday either. He just packed down on the blindside in the second half scrums. I imagine in all other facets of the game, Martin was doing his thing and was the third jumper. Numbers just being numbers. I agree t...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
All this talk about moving Martin or Liebenberg to 8. Can’t we just sign a decent no.8 to replace Wiese as best we can and keep the other players in their best positions. Joe Batley can actually play no.8 and is very good ball in hand. Other EQP options. CCS we don’t know how long he’s signed for Q...

I really like what I’ve seen of Pepper. If Reffell were ever to move, hopefully not, he’s one I’d hope we would be chasing I think Pepper's already rumoured to be going elsewhere for now - Bath I think. Hadn’t heard that might mean Underhill moving on Underhill is a great player but a bit like Manu...

Re: Trailfinders a sad indictment of rugby
My personal opinion is that Ealing have no desire to fulfill the requirements for promotion; they are only interested in a solution where they make no large financial outlay. They're happy sitting at or around the top of the Championship. This is where I get confused. They must be paying out a dece...

Re: Trailfinders a sad indictment of rugby
I thought average fan numbers had increased but I’m possibly mistaken. For Ealing? Pre-Covid it was just over 800 I think (and I think that included the anomoly of a local London Irish derby that season with a crowd of around 2500); last season it was in the 900-950 bracket I think (with the "...

CCS seems to have made some big strides over the last 12 months, he is the subject of the latest wear the rose, wasn’t aware he had been in New Zealand between the ages 4 and 18. Quins playing him at 6 because of Dombrant, so a move to 8 could be of interest to him Unless it's recently been announc...
