Two pretty well-matched sides, I'd say. Think it will be a tight game.
We haven't got the speediest of back three's - I hope that Hegarty has been working on his positioning.

Re: GP / Six Nations plus others - w/e 04-06th February 2022

Saw some of the Scot u20 v Eng u20 last night, and it turned out to be a good bonus point away win for England, but they had to work hard for it. Stand out performances from Eng 15, Ollie Arundal, and Scots 8, Leatherbarrow. For those who like to see a bit of pace, watch Arundal (London Irish) - he'...

Re: Worcester @ Home - 05th February 2022

It does seem an unbalanced back row starting with Hanro at 7 and Martin at 6, with both Reffell and Robinson on the bench. Maybe a ploy to match up with Worcs who have Hill at 7. He has been a bit of a thorn in Tiger's side in recent times. Nice to see Snyman back, but still no Nadolo (hopefully soo...

Re: Championship rugby

Doncaster Knights are keeping the pressure on Ealing at the top of the table with a good bonus point win away at Jersey Reds.

Simmons playing at 15 for Jersey; Thom Smith at 8 for Knights, and scoring a try in the 19 v 35 win.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Lord of the Mauls

It has been an unfortunate and unforeseen series of events that has brought the back row resources so short, and recently releasing two players has undoubtedly contributed to that scenario. 'Adaptability' is a bit of a thing at the moment, and playing players out of their usual position worked again...

Re: Newcastle (H) - Sunday 02nd January 2022 -KO 15:00

Think I am in a minority of one here, but I am really worried about the match-up of the back rows - particularly at 6 and 8. Newcastle have a trio of gnarly starters, and Gary Graham on the bench, whilst a mix of bad luck with injuries, bans and unfortunate timing of leavers (we have lost 3 No8s in ...
