Re: Big Garden Bird Watch

It's very sad if the over 18 rule is true.
I remember being a member of the young naturists club based at the New Walk Museum.
It was such an experience to see owls, foxes and badgers when you're 12/13.

How would you explain rugby to

someone with absolutely no concept of the game. Nor of football :smt003

Re: Seeing a Tigers shirt when you don't expect it.

JayC didn't get a very good look at him I'm afraid (I'd be useless in a police line up!).
It was just so nice to see a Tiger's shirt out of the blue like that. I don't wear mine much down here. That may change.....
Will say 'hello' to all people seen locally :smt023

Seeing a Tigers shirt when you don't expect it.

I live on the south coast and often see London shirts and on the odd occasion a Bath shirt. However, in all my 20+ years here I have never seen a Tigers shirt. Then on Monday a chap ran across the road in front of my car. I had to brake. Who are you Newlands Road, Worthing near Wenban Smith/ Morriso...

Re: Richard causes excitement in Tigerland!

Just as an aside Henry I rests under a primary school in Reading. As with the Richard III dig the land was owned by the Church.
So,car park or school,it's just land that's been built over.

PS The Philippa Gregory books are nice easy reading about this period (York vs Lancs).

Please don't think of the Randolph. It's for tourists.

Had fun playing with this over another lovely soggy weekend. The family also clocked up a Maltese and a Saudi.
Take the whole test with a pinch of salt. It's also quite amusing changing your age/height by a fraction.

Re: Sportsmen Crying?

Pretty smooth.

Let's not forget that Federer is back to No 1.

Murray has a lot to learn... He may have to settle for No 4,which is no bad thing, but to get the real money he needs 'an image' that is better than the dour Scot.
