Replay returns in time but he goes over the top of him. No direct head contact.

Re: Tigers v Sale (A) - Premiership - Friday 10th May 2024 - KO: 7:45pm

We lasted 9 minutes with 15 on the field this week.. If Andrews had got the red he deserved it wouldn't have happened. No idea how the TMO missed it. Didn’t see it what happened? Dived into the ruck off his feet. No control straight to Cole's jaw. Exactly the type of "clearout" that they ...

We not reviewing the show to Cole's head at the ruck then? Cole's holding his jaw.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)

Regarding captaincy I do recall an A League of Premier Cup.match over at Loughborough when I was very impressed with the captaincy of a young Tommy Reffell, not just decision making but the way he moved around encouraging his players some of whom were senior to him.In experience. Tommy was Wales U2...

My concern is that, as it stands , next season's squad looks weaker than this season's- and we've had a really poor year.... To be fair, you could have said that about Exeter's (as an example) from last to this and they have had a barnstorming year because they have had continuity of coaching, play...

Seems to be some whispers that Jasper will be playing for the Bulls next season, has anyone else heard this? He seemed to confirm it, in a backwards way, on a podcast hosted by Juan de Jongh & another South African player. Not quite sure why Bulls haven't announced it though? IDK Clubs do put a...

Does feel like some people want some drama to make up for the fact we won't make the playoffs.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)

I am getting a little worried about player depth at certain positions. In contrast to Saints who were thin at 10 and have just recruited two good players to compete with Smith and Furbank, we seem to be heading in the other direction...and at present, we seem to be losing more backs than we are rec...

Especially as with the South African test schedule we aren’t going to see much, if anything of Pollard before December The Rugby Championship clashes with round 1 & 2 of the Premiership, there are then 4 further rounds before the Autumn release window. Presuming no injury or ban, I'd expect him...

It's worth noting that Freddie Steward played 13 for Loughborough University when he had a spell there. Not sure if he played alongside Dan Kelly at 12 as Loughborough Uni have effectively two squads with one for BUCS and one for the national league. Dan and Freddie certainly know each other well, t...

The wonder back is off to Leinster... There are others than Jordie Barrett Lozowski plays 10 & 13 Also AViewFromLe2 pointed out on Twitter that Sam James is leaving Sale, now I think he's rumoured off to France, but he's a 13 who covers 12, 10 & 15 He's 29 so I'd presume he's off for a pay ...

No idea if this is practical or possible, but with Jonathan Davies leaving Scarlets, I'd be tempted to have a look at him for us. We need a centre, especially at 13. Could be a pretty good option to bring in as back up to Perese and help bring young Charlie Myall on. We have lost several of our &qu...

Just throwing this out there with no basis in fact but could Manu Vunipola be looking for a new challenge with his cousins on the move too He's leaving Sarries in the summer but that would be a downgrade. I've not seen anything from him to suggest he's got a future at this level. Barton at Glaws if...
