Re: Weather next weekend

It may not be the hottest game of the season.

Against Bath (away) on 1st October it was about 30 degrees. I got sunburnt!

Re: Final Team - Flood on bench

7 & 10 looked to be the only positions with any uncertainty over selection.

So now we know!

Not too shabby, I would say. :smt001

I particularly liked this piece of advice...
Drink regularly even if you do not feel thirsty
:drinkers:

I can live with THAT sort of Government advice.

I can't be doing with Jonathan "Crew-shull" "Numbuzz Numbuzz" Davies.

Michael Lynagh was always impartial and spoke much sense.

Re: Am I being heartless?

A ghastly thing to happen to anyone. I can't begin to imagine how they must feel.

The parents can't really be blamed for being caught up in the media circus.

Heaven knows how I would react in their circumstances. :smt090

Re: Saracens 'Supporters'

I inhabit the CAT stand so missed this mindless behaviour on the Crumbie. The Sarries fans in the CAT stand were boisterous and noisy, adding to the atmosphere, but did nothing to warrant ejection from the ground. As I recall, there always used to be a sign on the end of the Members'/NEXT stand, jus...

Re: Seeing Red ... and Green. Disabilites discrimination in kit

You're right. It is obviously a significant issue for some people. I am NOT colour blind, and I am very grateful for that, but it is refreshing to hear that genuinely colour blind people have little trouble distinguishing Tigers from other players, especially in the new strip. I hope that you apprec...

And I am one-eyed, like many Tigers fans, apparently.

It doesn't affect my enjoyment of the game. :smt023

Re: Substitutions

The incident was just in front of me. The ref penalised Stevens and pointed to his (own) forehead. I assumed that Stevens had led with his head.

Anyway, I never dispute when the ref awards TIGERS a penalty! :smt003
