Re: Remaining fixtures

I read the winner of the Challenge Cup will replace the 8th placed team from their own league if they haven’t already qualified.

Wade isn’t for me. His defence has always been poor.

Re: Tigers vs Sale - 05 Sep 20

The constant sniping at each and every referee on here is nothing short of embarrassing and reveals a complete ignorance of the game. A significant element of why we lost today had nothing to do with Ian Tempest. Rather, it was because Youngs and Ford, after almost turning around the game at Glouces...

Re: Remaining fixtures

So we have 5 remaining fixtures in the premiership, all difficult games, how many do you think we will win? Probably one,but would hope for 2. I'd hope we can beat Saints and Quins and possibly Sale, when you compare both teams' performances against Exeter. Wasps will be an interesting call. If the...

Re: Tigers vs Sale - 05 Sep 20

Having a second distributor at 12 might open up our attacking game more and Scott at 13 seems the best option in shutting down Manu. I'm a firm believer in getting our best players on the pitch and when seeing if the Ford/Henry partnership works (also a right/left foot kicking combination), there's...

Re: Tigers vs Sale - 05 Sep 20

Centre will be a big call, stick with Taute or give Porter a shot against the big boys? Taute has been solid in defence; against Sale you’ll want a very solid pairing given who they could select at 12/13. I think Wallace probably tips onto the bench for me if it’s a standard 5:3 split. If we go 6:2...

Re: Referees

I get your point completely. You never know, someone might even penalise a crooked feed at the scrum some day soon!😂 I just want an entertaining flowing game, rain or no rain. My frustration is with the referees who are quiet at the breakdown apart from constantly blowing their whistles, when they c...

Re: Referees

Funny how we see different things. I’m watching and bemoaning his non existent management of the breakdown that’s resulted in 20 something penalties in 46 mins and no flow to the game. I watched Nigel Owens ref the Scarlets Blues game on Sat and organise the players’ actions throughout. The result w...

Re: Next week versus Bath then Irish!

The non listed games on Saturday were on the red button on BT Sport 1 but you had to watch them live. I tried to record Worcs v Glos but it wouldn’t let me.
