2 Someone to man the somplaints desk (we were thinkin Kuzza maybe) I know I've come into this very late but instead of getting someone to handle complaints just do what those s##tbags at easyJet do and set up a website with an online complaints form that no-one ever checks....also as a *snigger* ba...
