Not a bad showing. Dupuy was sensational. The number nine shirt is his. Ben Herring played well, yet again. Geordan also had a blinder. Flood was ok, but Mauger was woeful again and Matt Smith will never make it. So to beat Wuss, without a centre, was a pretty decent effort. But I agree, we're not f...

I knew someone would whinge about this.

Yes, it isn't great, but what would you rather happen?

We lose a few minutes this season for a world-class stand next season.

One word - cash. Expect local coverage of the Tigers to get battered over the next few months, because of the credit crunch. The Merc are making cuts and everyone in Trinity Mirror Midlands has just been made redundant. Everything is going online, and that requires fewer people. The Beeb, because we...

This site is not xenophobic. Moreover, this idea that people were roundly abused is plain false. Where do you dream these things up? What this board is becoming, however, is the bill show. That one person dominates every thread without actually saying much of relevance is just tedious. It is actual...

Like Lewis Moody, Seru is a great player when he plays. The question is, does he play enough? Answer, probably not. At least Lewis sits out seasons because of serious injury, Seru seems to sit out seasons because of serious stupidity. I would have thought a ban on playing was fairly straight forward...

They're part of the same group. So the Merc, probably Martin Crowson, will be getting the scoops, but the Mail will be having them first. Incestuous business journalism.

Re: THEY HAD TO GO

As for Peter Tom and Wheeler the sooner someone ousts them the better...they are only interested in themselves... you dont have clue. Spot on Kornboy. Marcelo was a nice bloke, and I feel sorry for him, but I'm more than happy with what has happened this Summer. We fluked into two finals, and we we...

It's not a libel minefield. I tread them every day, and this is not one. If a news story reports fact then it is not libel. Nothing published in the media so far has been libellous. If people on here want to avoid libel don't insinuate anything about those responsible until they are charged, brought...

I still support him and the board. This whole fiasco has undoubtedly been damaging. We got the wrong man for the job eight months ago, and now we've done the smart thing and got rid. We should be the best club side in Europe, and scraping into the Premiership final is not good enough. Loffreda, like...

Ollie plays at the weekend...

.... in Shane Williams's testimonial game. Interesting.

And Seru played in a charity sevens competition at the weekend - the RFU let him play. Not sure on the specifics.

Off to Coventry. But they could well go out of business, so I guess nothing is for certain with Gregor as things stand.

Gloucester will destroy us. If it wasn't for the man who was disgracefully left out of the EDF Final team we would be waiting on Bath v Worcester nervously. Today, with the honourable exceptions of Tom, Geordan, Jordan and Ben Herring, we were abysmal. Is Mauger and Hipkiss the worst centre pairing ...

Only doubt for me is our back row. Quins have got Robshaw and Skinner, two quick blokes, and we've just got Ben Herring. I still think that you cannot play Cozza and Crane in the same unit - it's far too ponderous.

The thread was probably defamatory, but as it didn't identify anyone then I don't see the problem. There's no way in hell anyone could sue for libel as a result of that thread.
