Re: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
For me, Ben Kay needs to deice on whether he wants be a BT Pundit or a board member, not both. In my view it has to be the former. Spot on. I make no comment - none - on Ben Kay's ability or performance either as a BT pundit or Board Member... Someone needs to explain to me why he can't 'do both'. ...

Re: Will anyone want to buy the club??
If KP bought the club, I think you’d find it wouldn’t be too long before a move to the Crisp Bowl is on the cards, and selling the WRd estate for redevelopment.

Whatever the story - we’ll find out in due course - it’ll be part of the implementation of the Pat Howard review last Spring.
Borthers will bring Gnarl (and make our for sale Club a more attractive buy).

Re: cashless madness - or is it??
Many venues now operate a contactless/electronic payment policy ... except they usually also provide one cash queue at each outlet point. Contactless/electronic will suit many, and certainly the Club as regards admin. But not everyone has a card (children have already been mentioned, but this extend...

Re: New Kit
1. Leave it until after all the other clubs, when people are a bit fed up waiting and no longer particularly care one way or another. 2. Announce it, and strike while the iron is hot by ensuring that people can't buy, or even pre-order for another month. Another defeat snatched from the jaws of vict...

Re: New Kit
Several shades of green have been used. A difficulty I have with the current kit green is that beyond the h/w line it looks black. And beyond the far 22m line it all blends with the background of the supporters, adverts, etc. I can’t believe I’m alone. A more distinct green might make distinguishing...

Re: New Kit
The issue is not a deal with Kukri or not, but the deal with Kitbag, in whose hands matters of Tigers kit lies and who therefore have control over which manufacturer will supply kit and over what period, the Club having some but not overriding input. The Club is looking forward to getting back contr...

Re: Ground development
In my experience of builders, work actually begins a month, or two, or three later than the date you think. The summer date will be the 'taking possession of the site'.

Re: Axial Loading
As an old, if not brilliant prop... In the old days, front rows used to more or less grasp onto and fold into one another in one action. Certainly at my level scrummaging was higher off the deck than nowadays. My Qn is: With the typical pause between the Bind and Set, how long are props’ arms expect...

Peter Tom interview in The Daily Wail: “It has been a pretty terrible two years on the pitch, we have not been disadvantaged by finances, but have made some mistakes and have deserved a kicking as a board at times.” And how many people accused those of us who said it at the time of disloyalty and no...
