Re: The RFU doubling Women's Rugby so when are Tigers Ladies
I am a bit in the JFJ camp about the womens game. I did enjoy the Olympic womens 7s but for reasons of duty I have seen a lot of girls and womens rugby including a few womens premiership matches and to be honest I would not really want to watch any more.Personally I would rather watch a lower level ...

Re: Kit Watch
The classic shirts were in stock on Sunday. My first impession was that the pattern varied depending on which one you looked at.
Did anyone buy one or do a closer inspection and if so what do think of the quality?
I'm 50/50 whether to buy one.

Re: Kit Watch
I asked the on line shop customer services people about the manufacturing fault on the mens classic shirts and to start with they couldn't understand what the issue was. I had to send them a link to their own website and detailed photos! Then I just got a response that "thats what they are like...

I fit in the same camp as jgriffin here, but to paraphrase Cockers its small margins. I think I might have a different opinion if I was right next to the drummers.

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback - Season 2015/16
Another entry in the you couldn't make it up category. How about the Rugby club bar that runs out of beer straight after a European quarter final match? No Guinness of any kind and no bitter in the FW just after the match. I asked to speak to a supervisor as this is the second game in a row where th...

Re: Job Marler racially abusing a Welsh player? No Sanction
This thread started with a disproportionate post. I unlike some here think that this would have been a different story if the comments had been the other way round and not tinged with the taste of sour grapes. I believe we should target genuine rascist behaviour and not try to use rascism laws to ju...

Agreed - I do think its harsh and we will hopefully find out what he was allegedly responding to. But for a witch hunt the sentence was quite mild.
Half expected an execution.

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback - Season 2015/16
Poor in the FW yesterday - over charged twice. Very slow service straight after the game. Told at 6:30 that the Guiness had run out at 6pm (turns out it had not - they had Guiness Extra Cold!). Five bar staff stood watching one serve at this point. Shut all but one serving hatch well before closing ...

Re: This weekends other games
To quote Mike Ford in the article mentioned above:
“The letter of the law says it should have been a red card and, had it happened the other way, we would have been screaming,” said the Bath head coach, Mike Ford.

Re: This weekends other games
I have always liked Watson but his reaction alone is a red card offence. He walked straight up to Matt Carley and said :censored: joke whilst being restrained after lots of other swearing as he left the field.

Long ban for Watson and Cook to be cited if there is any justice.

Re: Job Marler racially abusing a Welsh player? No Sanction
ellis9 Your point was that both were heat of the moment. If earlier in the game Marler had been warned about using that sort of description to a player then the cases would have been similar - but he was not and so they were not similar.
