Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

Martin deal described as "Multi-year" Heyes deal described as "long term" Both of those descriptions make me very happy. I think locking down our quality, home-grown, talent will be priority one. I do agree it’s how Dynasties are formed and no matter what else Saracens have done...

Re: Tigers v Exeter (A) - Premiership - Saturday 23rd December 2023 - KO 3-00pm

TNT Exeter v Tigers 14:45 to 17:00 and Bath v Queens 15:00 to 17:15. :smt023 Is the game definitely on TNT? In the Tigers fixtures on the main website it always says if the match is on TNT and there is no mention this time? Checking my tv planner it says that the Bath v Quins game is on, nothing el...

Re: Tigers v Exeter (A) - Premiership - Saturday 23rd December 2023 - KO 3-00pm

All things being equal though, but taking into account the greater physicality of union, it still makes me laugh when we get "Hanro needs a rest", when we have no clue a) how he's feeling b) what his training load is and c) all the recovery/other aspects of physio assistance etc. Totally ...

Re: Tigers v Exeter (A) - Premiership - Saturday 23rd December 2023 - KO 3-00pm

I am a fan who lives in Sydney aust , what gets me is the way every one on this forum makes such a big thing about resting players , down under our NRL goes for 27 weeks and 95 % of players barring injury play every round and the nrl is a faster and more demanding. Must players want to be there eve...

Re: Tigers v Stade Francais (A) - Champions Cup - Sunday 17th December 2023 - KO:5-30pm

Why were Stade given an attacking scrum when they threw a second ball on? If the Ref was trying to be fair giving us the scrum would have been fair Because they were in possession... in this case, sir was 100% correct. Who threw it in, however, needs to be looked at! I've just had another look. It ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

I wonder with London Irish going under if Cunningham-South may only have signed a 1 year with Quins, he may be a good pick up, not an out and out starter YET, but with Hatherall, Cracknell, Liebenberg, Rogerson and Ilione all good 8 options for us may signing potential be a better bet? TFS, Cunning...

Re: Return of Champions Cup - Tigers v Stormers - Sunday 10th December 2023

We should be going full beans for the European games in my opinion. All of our top players will want to take part, especially the South Africans. McKellar will put out who he thinks, but I don't think anyone needs a rest. These are professional athletes, who have the best possible recovery and prepa...
