Re: Team for Exeter

No one will get replaced inside 50 min unless injured, and I think Ford and Youngs will be split for the 2 home games. IMO fans need to temper their expectations of Reffell , he is obviously going to get some game time but he isn’t yet as good as people are making him out to be. Whilst I agree with...

Re: The Nadolos

This weeks episode Nemani does a blind folded taste test of ‘British Foods’ including mini pork pies, mini scotch eggs, pre made supermarket toad in the hole, haggis, kippers, and a scone with cream and jam. My particular favourite was when Mrs N. gave him a piece of black pudding to try RAW as she ...

Re: Finishing this season

There’ve been one or two comments that Tigers could get in to the top 6 by the end of the season. Mathematically, it’s possible, and if it happens then the champagne corks will indeed be flying. Realistically, however, two wins would be good, and more importantly, each player in the squad should be...

Re: Team for Exeter

I’d be looking to go full strength on game one. Result isn’t crucial, but the performance is. Get on the right path from game one, and then make adjustments to suit from there on. Agree with this. Also shows where the front line players are with the new scheme of things. After this a week off befor...

The yellow was fair in my opinion, off the ball and reckless but the lift wasn’t dangerously above the horizontal to warrant a red.
How tall was the scrum half?
Brad Weber is, I would say, an average sized scrum half.
He’s a very good scrum half.

I thought it had been announced that they would be doing their normal highlights package and would be showing 5 live games

Re: Team for Exeter

Is Brink definitely not match fit. I think they said next season or the tail end of this one. Won't be there for the Chiefs game I wouldn't have thought. Am I right in thinking we have another game before the mid week game? I'd have thought we'll go full gas against Chiefs. We'll have to mix the te...

I would think the outside backs will be chosen from Scott 6'1" 103k, Taute 6'3" 108K, Worth 6'1" 95k, Williams 6'1" 91k, Olowofela 6'2" 90k, Nadolo 6'5" 130k, Potter 6'1" 95k.. Dangerous4 is probably right we could do with some big guys in the backs ??? We were on...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope

I have to say that I too would like to see a big back added to squad. Bulk draws the attention of the opposing side and can let them take their eye off the ball at times. It would also be a great option to change a game plan if things aren't going so well, and also a handy option for the last twent...

Re: Manu Tuilagi

Does anyone else have a little feeling that it won't work out for Manu at Sale and he may do a bit of a Jonny May and return after a few years when it all doesn't go the way he'd hoped, because even though he's been replaced with Moroni who seems like a good bit of business, I don't feel like the T...

Re: Team for Exeter

Depending on fitness of course but I’d love to see us go down to Sandy Park with a top team and see what they can do. Something like this could give a strong performance Worth - Olowofela - Nadolo Taute - Scott Ford - Youngs Taufua - Reffell - Liebenberg Enever - Lavanini Cole - Youngs - Genge Leat...
