It says, unfortunately, that the conference is "not a decision making forum" but it "hopes" to influence decisions. So there will be more pondering and horse trading behind closed doors after the conference.

It really is counter productive to have nothing to play for when a couple of teams pull away and no point coming in first,perhaps we ought to get rid of the playoffs so clubs have to play EVERY week to win something :smt003 I think there IS something to play for. Everyone of the people I have spoke...
