You have to remember Tigers don't do guaranteed start deals. You have to earn your start. If you want a guaranteed start you have to look elsewhere, that's the way it's always been.

Yes, I think it was the 2003 WC that teams only got 2 points for a win 1 for a Draw and the usual bonus points. This kind of allowed you to catch up when the WC was over. A whole lot better than finding yourself 20 odd points adrift. All IMHO.
