Re: Crane - not such a lumbering forward!

Crane had a great game, and not because he gained more confidence, but because finally the instructions to sunk in, as with all forwards!

Forwards - repeat after me:
1. Win the ball
2. Pass the ball

Backs - repeat after me:
1. Catch the ball
2. Win the game

Re: Lewis Moody - what a player

Be realistic, SV came on only after Flood, Allen and Hipkiss had done a great job! Flood, Youngs and Allen worked brilliantly together, and long may it continue with the first class replacements adding more ammo in the last quarter. Keep this continuity! :smt038

Re: Leicester v Sale

Hipkiss and Allen were solid in defence and dynamic in attack - why suggest Twelvetrees? - if it 'aint broke then don't try and fix it! :smt015

Re: season ticket for 2010/11 & 2011/12

Dear Shareholder, with respect, the kicking game at present is endemic throughout all clubs in all countries and has been so for many years. It doesn't prevent the rest of the game from being potentially awesome. The best way to effectively address any problem is from within, and this boring aspect ...

Clermont fans - best visitors so far?

Post match in the Final Whistle, the Clermont fans were hilarious and mixed well with everyone. They got on stage with our brilliant resident band Rock Bottom and sung their french songs nearly as bad as the Tiger fans!! I vote them the best away supporters so far. :smt035 :smt030 :smt034 :smt038

Re: Team For Clermont - now posted!

Plus points: Youngs deserves to be starting every time, Hipkiss always delivers when it counts and paired with Allen will cause havoc. Hamilton's hiccups are in the past and he will fire on all 4 cylinders. Flood is too good to have 2 bad kicking games in a row, and the blazing 2T's on the wings wi...

Santa Cockers

Now then, my last cunning plan was cunning, but this is even more cunning than Captain Cunning of HMS Cunningula sailing from port Cunningville - dress Cockers up as santa so he can walk the touch line politely shouting "ho ho ho" and "get your tackles in boys" - cunning eh? :smt...

Re: The end of away support?

Oh my god! - we had players enjoying a bit of banter, playing a sport they love, in the face of adversity! - Flog them I say, on the centre spot (ouch!) before this saturdays match. If only they were more uptight and depressive in defeat then we could all gain inspiration from them. I personally wil...

Re: Cockerill suspended for 4 weeks

I have a cunning plan, it is as cunning as a fox that used to be Professor of Cunning at De Montfort University and who is now Lord Cunning of International Cunningness - give Cockers the mascot outfit for the day!
