We used to be really good at cheating. If Chiefs and AB's are doing it, why isn't everyone else? Or are people saying that refs are influenced by the fact that they are top of the table and therefore mentally assuming they are just better... seems a stretch to me. Especially in the UK were everyone...

I've always said that refs should be accountable. Needing a citing commissioner is just proof that the ref can't do it all on his own. ...there isn't a choice to play or not to play!!!
We are legally obliged to play them having signed up to the league.
In this instance, we have a choice.
