Re: Tigers v Chiefs
We used to be really good at cheating. If Chiefs and AB's are doing it, why isn't everyone else? Or are people saying that refs are influenced by the fact that they are top of the table and therefore mentally assuming they are just better... seems a stretch to me. Especially in the UK were everyone...

Re: Tigers v Chiefs
I've always said that refs should be accountable. Needing a citing commissioner is just proof that the ref can't do it all on his own. But with TMO's the cicitng commissioner shouldn't be needed anywhere near as much. If the citing commissioner is needed questions need to be asked as to what the TM...

Re: Wigglesworth in!
I've never agreed with the "blame the players" approach to the Salarycens thing. Nothing Wigglesworth did was against the rules - it was Saracens not counting it towards the salary cap and not reporting it to the salary cap people that was the problem. None of that is even remotely Wiggle...

What would you want us to do if we have to play them next season?
Sorry we refuse to play them
We are legally obliged to play them having signed up to the league.
In this instance, we have a choice.

Re: Ringfencing almost upon us ?
So a question to all forum users, if, as seems likely, a 13 team ring fenced premiership happens from the beginning of the 21/22 season, How many posters who have openly said they hate/dislike ring fencing, will stop following not only Tigers, but The Premiership in general? ...why would they!!! It...

Re: Saracens v Leicester Tigers XV 12th December 2020
Just when you think things couldn't get any worse...... Why not play Nottingham? Why help the cheats out? & on the carpet, great for the players... ...seems like all principles have gone out the window!!! In effect, we are endorsing them and I am surprised how we appear to have overlooked what ...

Re: McGinity off
On this thread and " The Open Letter to the Board" thread several people are suggesting they are in the know about certain aspects of recent events, in view of the almost total exclusion of fans from both Welford Rd and Oval Park I suspect much of what is claimed as knowledge is actually ...

Re: Open Letter To The Board
This would be a good time to form some sort of official supporter group/trust? This would be a direct way for us the fans to have an official voice on club matters a bit like some of the Football clubs have in this country. By having an official supporters group the board would have to invite that ...

Re: McGinity off
All the eggs in the Borthwick basket is a concern. However it was initially announced he has come in as head coach it was never going to be that he would be junior to Murphy. He was always going to come as the boss in rugby terms with the remit of overseeing and directing the coaches working beneat...

Re: Open Letter To The Board
Whilst it may not look good in some areas, something must be going in the right direction for Topps Tiles and Mattioli Woods and other partnerships to invest in Leicester Tigers. Unprecedented times where survival is the primary focus and with no matchday money coming in may mean cuts in other area...

Re: London Irish Away
Yesterday was really disheartening, especially after the previous week. It was a game played by two very poor sides, who on that performance will both struggle this year. Our only potential saving is that we have some key players to comeback into our backline, as Steward aside, they were truly woef...

Re: London Irish Away
What are we? Still a team of lemmings rushing over the cliff! Horrific, banal, and guttless display Bit over the top. Display was bit good enough because we were no where near accurate enough. We just need to tighten up some aspects of our play and we start winning games like that. Still a definite...
