I think that is fair to question the competence of those who appointed ML given the rediculously short tenure of the head coach. It is now a critical time for these individuals, appoint a new head coach / coaching team and win something next year and you will regain your credibility or make another ...

Who knows, but the recruitment of McGeechan, Gatland and Edwards have ceratainly played a major part in their recent success, maybe proving that a mix of the old and new is the best way forward.
