Thanks for the analysis, Robes. I hope you enjoy the match from the Terrace. I'll be there also.

Re: Tigers v Gloucester - 24th December 2022 - KO 3-00pm confirmed

I was hoping for Friday to fit with travelling to son's on Christmas Eve. Normally give tickets away to friends/neighbours if we cannot go but they are unlikely to want them as living in Matlock it is a long way to go on Christmas Eve, so may try to sell so club at least get some beer and pie money...

Re: Tigers v Gloucester.

I will be there but I think we will miss out on a sell out by not having the match on Boxing day. So much to do on Christmas Eve, sprouts stuffing etc, certainly will not have time to hang around after the game. The only stuffing I'll be interested in is the one we will hopefully give Gloucester :s...

Yep. As our rugby coach used to yell at us in school "Tackle him, not tickle him!"

Re: Sir Kev - Desert Island Discs

Great interview with Kevin Sinfield on Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs today. Check it out on BBC Sounds - you only get shortened versions of the music, which is a pity, but the presenter sounds as impressed by his strength of character as we are. He'll need all his strength of character to sort out ...

Re: Tigers v Saracens (A) - Saturday 01st October 2022 - 3-00PM

We had five of our defensive stalwarts from last season missing yesterday: Kelly, Potter, Porter, Scott and Moroni. Last season these 5 between them plugged the defensive line and were quick enough to cover across and make scramble tackles when we were exposed on the flanks. In the backs apart from ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 - Prisoner of Oadby Pre-Season

Sir Kev will know him from his pre Tigers days so I'm sure he will have been able to give some insight on Will Gatus. All of which is a positive for him. I hope he does well in his trial.

Re: Tigers v Northampton (A) - 24th September 2022 - 3-00pm

Just one comment. Chris Ashton played really well last Saturday and always has the potential to score from anywhere. I think any 23 that lacks him is missing a vital component. Watson's time will come. However IBWT.

A bit like our very own Tudor Thomas. Though in his case it was not just French pronunciations. Some of his Pacific Islander's name pronunciations were legendary.

Thanks Stan, I've really enjoyed these highlights reels. Apologies if I missed it but has one been done for Nemani Nadolo? If not can I be cheeky and request one if you have the time and inclination.
