Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
If Watson hasn't signed a contract yet, he is now nicely up the creek. If he hasn’t signed anything, anywhere, I’d say deservingly so. A bit harsh. He has every right to get the best deal possible for him and his family.Would like to keep him but not at any cost as we may be able to get a World Cup...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
It’s all well and good being us but imagine the hoohah if it was a Sarries player who was getting paid by England and then helping their salary cap, there would be uproar on here! What have other clubs said? I’d imagine it hasn’t gone down well. I suppose he’s out of contract though so there’s not m...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
Personally, I think this confirms (without confirming) he’s signed for us. There is no way someone as injury prone as Watson would go in to a World Cup without having the other side tied up. One injury and he has nothing. He gets paid by the RFU and then we pay him the later part of the season with ...

I think it’ll be Sarries and Sale top 2 again, I think we’ll be top 4. Not sure about the rest.

Re: New Kit Launch
None of it matters, something will be wrong with both kits.
If it’s not colour, it’ll be design, or fit, or quality, or not enough heritage, or too much heritage, or too many sponsors, or too expensive blah blah blah.
Everyone’s already moaning about the women’s kit

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
When everyone was lamenting the signing of Mike Brown I stuck my hand up and said he was a player I’d always admired/like. I’ve genuinely always felt the same about Mike Williams. I’m not comparing them as players, just my personal feelings towards them as players in their own right. Fingers crossed...

If it happens, I’ll be sad to see Potter go. Less so the ‘jokes’

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 Squad and transfers thread part 2: The Lion, the Wig and the Wardrobe
The Watson situation is a real shame, I'm sure we want to keep him but obviously he wants to move closer to family. With the World Cup which club would want to shell out for him when he will be missing until November and then away again in the six nations. He fully deserves a big contract and he's ...

Re: When will Tigers sort out semi tickets
I’ve seen an email, from Sale, to a Tigers support, that says there is an allocation to the away team and once the opponent is confirmed it will be sent to the respective club. “Hi, Leicester Tigers supporters will get their own allocation, and the link will be emailed to the club once you are confi...

Re: Play Off Semi-final - Sale - 14th May 2023 - KO 3-00pm
Rugby Union did go professional didn't it? Why is everything so amateurish! Surely with a 12000 capacity the away team in the semi should be getting at least 3000 seats. Maybe 4000. And surely we should know this with plenty of time to go before the semi. People having to buy kids tickets for a gam...
