Re: Is it time to thank Cockers for his efforts? - Part 2
The backs do look an awful problem,a real lack of class, but the existing incumbents are suffering from very slow ball. The game on Friday really showed this up. We don't commit enough forwards to get quick ball. Not committing numbers works against sides like Wasps at the moment but not against Uls...

Re: The Tigers conundrum!
I looking at players to strengthen the bench and maybe in Paice's case to replace Chuter. No credible loosehead as a replacement on Saturday's bench as we had three tightheads in the squad. Therefore clearly the development team loosehead is not credible to even play 10 mins at the end of a game. Lo...

Re: The Tigers conundrum!
I think we have a massive issue with the depth of our squad. Management clearly have no confidence in the back up players in certain positions, e.g lack of a credible loosehead replacement, reluctance to bring on a replacement hooker, a real lack of faith in 12trees, no replacement for Murphy. Part ...

Re: Team up
Baffling. It simply shows that the management have no confidence in their back up players. No spare loosehead against a French side. Centres, well it didn't work last week so why will it work this week. We need a better squad, this squad as much as we all want them to do well just aren't collectivel...

Re: ...and that'll be the last we see of Alain Rolland too.
Amazed to see what people have written and I expect to receive a massive amount of abuse back for what I am going to write. Personally have no love for Wales, but they were robbed. The tackle was borderline the way the tackled player came down was as much about his owm momemtum. He wasn't icked up a...

Re: Mickey Young
Youngs needs to learn how to play when his pack are not completely dominant. As he is great going forwards, but looks impulsive and petchulant when things not all going his way, yeah I know about his age, England etc before it gets pointed out. Agree Mickey Young is just what we need as back up and ...

Re: TV Coverage of Aviva Final
I would love to go having been to finals with Leicester since 1979 (John Player Cup), and including last year's triumph, unfortunately circumstances dictate that I can't make it this year.

TV Coverage of Aviva Final
Does anyone know if the final is being shown live by Sky as ESPN seem to be advertising it on their schedules?

Re: Manu
Leaving aside the wrongs that were committed by both sides it was actually the finest game of Northern Hemisphere rugby I've seen this season. Manu - wrong and should be banned. I don't think Johnson will worry about either player unduly. Read his biog and his opinion of Saracens Russell after he ga...

Re: And Bath's new Mentor to the young players is...............
I guess he is one of the players we all love to hate. But I bet he was also many players least favorate opponent to play against. Clearly a brainless idiot at times, but the could put it about a bit when needed and did a pretty fair job for England when he played. The game needs characters like Grew...

Re: England ...oh dear
I thought Flood had a poor game. He didn't put us in the right areas. We tried to play too much rugby too deep. Needed to put boot to ball and play more in their half where they would've given more penalties away which in turn builds pressure, which in turn means you can run the ball more effectivel...

Re: Has Ben learned from Grindal
I think the players who do not play regularly with Ben are not reading what he is doing. He looks sometime as if he is slow to release the ball when running across field but he is looking for inside runners and I don't think the back row and centres are reading what he is doing. Didn't he say as muc...
