Re: London Irish: an immorality tale?
Jackson was found not guilty so should be allowed to freely pursue his career as a professional rugby player. That said, clubs are well within their rights to not sign someone if their past conduct is contrary to their ethos. Jackson and his pals also may have been innocently engaging some consensua...

Re: Toomua gone
A lot of people taking this too personally. Of course Toomua was looking after his own interests, if he didn't, who would?!! I think a player of his calibre leaving Australia whilst still in his 20's on the basis of his international opportunities being limited was by far the most naive of his decis...

Re: Thoughts & conclusions on the season.
There will be Euro pool games but in the Challenge Cup.... The Challenge Cup is a trophy a club like tigers should be ashamed to have in their cabinet. Saracens could be four times Heineken Cup champions next season. Leicester can’t even qualify, so sad. Clubs have got to start from somewhere, your...

Not just on the pitch, he should be skills coach also.

It's nice to see Matt Tait get the RPA Special Merit award as well.

Re: Thoughts & conclusions on the season.
We massively missed Veainu this year through injury, I genuinely believe he is world class at FB. We have lacked clarity in the game plan (assuming there was one) and the 2nd row and back row have been light due to injury and lack of depth. I'm very excited about some of the signings, particularly ...

Re: Tigers v Bristol - 27th April 2019
I like Murphy but this is a results based business, close-fought or not, the better team usually wins. We’ve got some class players, one of whom has been nominated as England player of the year. If the coaching staff can not conjure up a game plan to enable them to demonstrate the skills that built ...

If it’s true that Shazam is off then good luck to him, we’ve got a lot of quality at scrum half but I’ll still be sad to see him leave.

He's been touted on here as good potential addition to Tigers' coaching staff, it's interesting to see that his planned move to RL is off, I wonder if there has been any contact:

Re: Peter Tom article
I could be wrong but I'd imagine, when he refers to 'keyboard warriors', that he's probably referring more to Twitter trolling than posters on this forum. Some of the comments on Twitter can be pretty appalling at times. I've seen a few comments on Facebook as well which have been posted by some in...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 5
Ford has reliably been our best player this season Totally agree. Management, and decision making along with his skillsets, often under estimated when trying to operate as a playmaker between a pile of dis-functionality in the forwards and dis-unity in the backs. Ford would make an excellent captai...

Re: The Six Nations 2019
I think the captaincy should be given to Farrell full time now, as Hartley would struggle to get back in this team. Nothing against Hartley, he contributed well to Jones’s initial success although I always preferred OTY at 2 for England.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 5
I sincerely hope that Manu stays at Tigers for as long as he is in England, ie until at least 2023. I genuinely think his best seasons will be the next four years as he is wiser and spends a lot of effort on conditioning. I really do hope Tigers do everything they can to keep him and don’t subscribe...
