Cronin Dolly Heyes
Wells Carter
Liebenberg Hatherall Cracknell
Whiteley Shillcock
Porter Scott
Bassett Brown Kata
Heyes and possibly Dolly will go to the WC, they are going to take at least 3 Tight heads

Will he be replaced ?
I can't imagine we'd have agreed to an early release unless this means we had secured Watson for another year, otherwise Simmons would be our only winger retained from this season.
Good point :smt023
Dont forget Josh Bassett as well coming in

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 Squad and transfers thread part 2: The Lion, the Wig and the Wardrobe

Have seen this described on Twitter as 'churn'! Frankly that's ridiculous, Tigers have kept significantly more players on contract over the last couple of seasons. No club is going to keep them all, and in all fairness why would we stand in Potter's way? He came over from Aus and has worked hard to...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 Squad and transfers thread part 2: The Lion, the Wig and the Wardrobe

James Slipper is out of contract, knows McKellar from Brumbies and Oz, at the age where he may consider a move away. Plus we need LH depth. That'd be the obvious with a McKellar connection. Ollie Sapsford would add depth across centre and wing but particularly another solid 13 option. If we could a...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 Squad and transfers thread part 2: The Lion, the Wig and the Wardrobe

Might have missed it but Gabriel Hamer-Webb has left Bath. Could be worth a punt on a cheap winger who has potential. Appreciate that there’s a few names being banded around but we can only speculate until we get told the leavers! He was discussed previously as a good potential target, I think RB r...

I'm hoping more for Kata to be announce for such a role.
I would prefer his brother

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 Squad and transfers thread part 2: The Lion, the Wig and the Wardrobe

If true West will be a very big loss and especially if him and Watson are off to Sarries https://www.ruck.co.uk/multiple-internationals-six-players-departing-leicester-tigers/ Again if true Exvcept for Watson, all of those have already been officially announced so all true. Seems pretty certain Wat...

Would you like a copy of the law book too Chobbsy :smt023 No thanks, I get it, but look at it this way, if that had been one of our players how would you have felt? If Dickson had explained it the same way no issues. Also how stupid was the Tigers player for getting the first unnecessary yellow. Wh...
