Now all I have to do is to find bambi jokes for Rizzo. :smt003 Rizzo is a pagan. They sacrifice bambi's every second Thursday! Oh dear! Fawning will not help you nor will kidding us! How rich is the English language? :smt005 oh how wrong can you be - we respect and care for animals and the natural ...

Re: ground redevelopment
I do not think the new Crumbie greatly increases capacity - we are jammed in very tightly at the moment - new seating will be more generous in both width and leg room. It would be good to have a seat with its own back. I really don't think I'll miss the current back support on the bench seats which...

I'm afraid its fairly normal in the crumbie, Seems a bit unfair to tar everybody with the same brush though. :smt018 Mrs SJT and I sit in Block M. The folks around us are friendly as well as being exceedingly vocal during the game. Some do have flasks but I've yet to see a tartan blanket. :smt002 H...

A gynaecologist had become fed up with malpractice insurance and NHS paperwork, and was burned out. Hoping to try another career where skillful hands would be beneficial, he decided to become a mechanic. Marmite, I refused to eat. It tasted like some yeast and wheat. But now I'm a fan of Salty Jack Tar, I'm eating from the malty black jar! Re: Tigers v Saffas
Anybody want to have a punt on why this fixture is so popular? Don't see Saffas as a particularly interesting team to watch for the usually apathetic. :smt017 Popularity was no doubt helped by Mr Venter and his efforts to incite the home crowd to riot last year. Wonder if he'll make a cameo appeara...

No offence taken but I used to live in Alvaston and remember entering that competition!
You're right thought I didn't go on to be a rocket scientist.
However, the story you relate has had Mrs SJT and me in fits.
