Re: The Six Nations Thread
Looked like a dreadful knee injury. The French would have him straight off for a HIA. Ouch. That looks bad and he's going to be out for a long time I would imagine. Harrison is really going to have to step up to the mark for Tigers now. I genuinely feel bad for Youngs, and wish him a speedy recover...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
If you didn't hear Owens initiate it I hope you can listen to the recording, sadly I have deleted it. Owens may well have initiated it from a French Medic's comments but once the independent doctor says it's a HIA he HAS to go with it He even tried to shift the blame onto the Doctor claiming "...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
As Te'o, gets his chance, you have to feel that that could be it for Manu Tuilagi, whose last international start was way back in June 2014.

Re: The Six Nations Thread
Brown would be my choice - he's the most experienced, most dependable and is mentally the toughest of the options. With the pace we will have at 11, 13, 14 he doesn't need to be Usain Bolt. Most of all he has the kind of personality and attitude you want in your team. He's a leader, and Tigers are ...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
Quite possibly.
Although Brown is on the cusp, I still think his detractors are being harsh. Brown is still a potent attacking threat - just a yard slower than he used to be.
I mean, Eddie Jones selects him - what does he know?

Re: Haskell leaving Wasps
No thanks, he is an Athlete not a Rugby Player. I can't stand his self publicity either, he is like a Social Media Dayglo. There is not a huge amount wrong with our backrow, if the coaches select a 6@6, a 7@7 & an 8@8. Haskell isn't a specialist in any position apart from ego. He's still street...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
He will be selecting, Brown, Watson and May as his back 3. Nowell needs to be found a spot. I know I can’t understand why he’s so desperate to still play brown who come the World Cup will be 33 not far off 34, sure all selections now should be looking towards the World Cup squad. He also seems to n...

Re: Haskell leaving Wasps
However, Eddie Jones has selected him to join the England Squad. Therefore, using the rationale of some on here, he must be the best in the world.

Re: Wasps vs Tigers - AWC Cup
According to Murphy we will be staying true to the developmental side of the competition and sending a young side out Sunday. Hopefully its just paper talk, anyone with half a brain knows this game paled into significance with the Gloc game which defines our season but this is Tigers we are talking ...

Yet the Lions in SA are doing really well but the Springboks aren’t, during our Pat Howard glory days we doing well but England weren’t. Just because the Scarlets have done well doesn’t mean that Wales will do well this Six Nations Not much gets past you does it.... Gatland has four Regions to chos...
