Big coincidence or are they actually related?
They aren't related I don't think, Sean has England U18 and 20 caps and a home counties accent.

Re: Sale Sharks

I like Sale, they're the one consistent bastion of Union in the north and I personally think its great they're doing well. I'd happily strand Steve Diamond on a desert island until he's learned to wind his neck in, but you can't have everything.

That's interesting, I hadn't realised it had been so long. The last one was that awful one against us when he 'passed' a HIA despite having been knocked out cold jumping over Thompstone.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2019/20 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3

Nadolo is an excellent signing, and of the calibre that could easily get more money playing in Japan so we're lucky to have him. We've missed having a heftier option out on the wings and we've gone out and got one of the biggest, can't wait to see him at Welford Road!

Still not enough second rows for my liking; us tall, slow, butterfingered blokes are finally getting the recognition we deserve!

Re: Coronavirus: Sarries know best!

I don't see the problem myself, the RFU told him to stay away based on their own assessment which goes beyond the current public health advice, it's not like he's doing the old football manoeuvre of faking injury to escape international duty. This virus will in time cause a lot of actual real issues...

Re: Sarries vs Leicester

I wouldn't mind seeing a development team put out, for the purely selfish reason that I'm bringing the family to the challenge QF and I don't want any of the first team doing their ankles in on the AstroTurf.

Re: Tigers vs Worcester

Now that my limbs have defrosted enough to type- awful game from both teams but a wins a win. We really need some better resources in the attack coaching department, we look scared to go forward whenever we manage to build any possession.

Re: Six Nations to go to Sky

It'd be massively counter-productive if so, most casual fans I know will just stream it rather than pay for some ludicrously expensive Sky package. And I absolutely do not need more Stuart Barnes back in my life!

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2019/20 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3

I’ll be happy we’ve signed him but not as happy if it’s to replace May. From what I heard down the grape vine a few weeks ago it didn't sound like Nadolo's signing was predicated on May leaving, that said things do change quickly in a short space of time when it comes to contracts Excellent news if...

Re: Tigers vs Worcester

It would be nice to climb up a spot wouldn't it, and the way the league is shaping up with everybody taking points off each other it's not out of the question that we might be able to squeeze into the top 6.

Kitchener's younger brother on the bench which is nice to see. He's even bigger than Graham, their poor mum!

Re: Kyle Eastmond

He's been fine IMO, consistently average. That's sort of the issue, that we've not been able to recruit or promote anybody better to replace him.
