Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Yep everyone had a good game by and large. Ford’s kicking for sticks was below his usual best. Care though was awful off the bench and obviously missing JVP or Quirke. George Martin is becoming the mainstay of the pack. His physicality just seems to elevate the team and we’re a different beast with...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Thought nearly everyone played well with the exception of care when he came on who kicked badly and unnecessarily .

Re: The Rolling Maul Podcast - Special Guests - Latest: Andrea Pinchen

Agree with all of the above. Andrea answered what she could without breaking confidentiality regarding the attack coach situation. One minor plus was her comment regarding trying to plug the gap in games during the six nations next season. I know some people regard friendlies as pointless but if it ...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Unfortunately for Steward, its obvious that Flaky Furbank is miles quicker, and despite some horror errors, he is now the No 1 And unfortunately, next on thre block is Hodge, quicker than FF. So as I suggested on here weeks ago, its time for Freddie to restart as a centre. ? No it isn’t for me,but ...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Best I’ve seen England play for a while. Certainly more intent to attack but thought Care was very poor when he came on especially his box kicking.

Apparently we have 2 new centres to announce according to a poster who quoted “a reliable source”.

Re: The Rolling Maul Podcast - Special Guests - Latest: Andrea Pinchen

Just listened to the AP interview and she was very honest and open as usual.

That would make my week too!!
Won't happen but I'd be happier with Wiese and Montoya lol
Can see Montoya staying but Pollard might be off after next season

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

Class player when fit but unfortunately we can’t get him on the pitch. Reading the BBC interview he comes over as a man with a self pity attitude. Can’t see him being fit anytime soon so as a previous poster said not a good decision to re-sign him especially if we have him next season as well. Don’t...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

Hmm reading that I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t play again for us this season. Regarding signings in general we were told that we would be spending up to the cap so with Wiese leaving and probably 3 or 4 more we must be signing at least 3 more players. Another poster has said categorically tha...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

A few other clubs seem to be announcing signings so hopefully we will know soon which may help season ticket sales if we sign a couple of we’ll known players

Good to have someone like Kata who can cover Wing and centre.
