The trouble with the development teams is that most of the up and coming players are also studying for degrees or other higher education qualifications.

They may need to play more but can they afford the time when very few of them ever make it into proffesional players in the top leagues? :shock:

I get what you all mean but to be honest the players didn't help themselves.

More passion is required! we had the guts of our team away giving a poor performance in Ireland but I was under the impression that we had two decent teams? maybe I was wrong? :shock:

I gave Ashton credit for admitting that he got it wrong when we played Italy, although his tactic of letting the players lead the training sessions seems a little misguided?
