IMO Salvi's fingertips never broke contact with the ball before Thacker's knee hit the ball, it never even went forward off Salvi's fingertips but merely a ball spin, it was pretty obvious really...

No expert but unless GF's contract explicitly mentions a block on him joining Tigers there is nowt Bath can do....even if there was, it's unlikely it's enforceable.
