If Wuss come back up they have the capacity to develop. They are surrounded by acres of Premiership rugbylessness in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire etc although quite a lot of support for lower league stuff (Henley Coventry etc). Good ground and access, I would expect them to be more permanent next time.
