Re: Salary Cap
I know this is wandering slightly off topic, but I read David Clayton's comments in the programme a few weeks ago about trying to reduce the average age of season ticket holders at WR with great interest. Always strikes me Tigers are missing an opportunity by not giving tickets away Friday afternoon...

Billy's kicking
Seems to be getting better with his place kicks (5 of 6 last night), but his restarts were woefully long - I couldn't believe he managed to drop out on the full on the left from a kicking position so far over on the right in his own 22 in the second half - and to miss putting that penalty into touch...

Re: Coach and team bashing
Having watched all three games I just think we look sloppy (passing straight into touch is unforgivable, but most other disappointing aspects on Saturday were accidental). Some new players need time to bed in, so did we allow ourselves a long enough pre-season? Personally I'm not sure we did. Are we...

Fat refs
Mr Pearson didn't appear to have missed many meals over the off season and judging by the ITV highlights last night Andrew Small is anything but and Chris White seems to have let himself go. Given that they are professional referees and that they have to keep up with play over eighty plus minutes, s...

New contract for Marcos Ayerza
My uncle of the mistress of the taxi driver's brother tells me Marcos signed a new two year contract yesterday. Now all we've got to do is hang on to Castro ...........

"Ironic" booing
Given that some of our former players will be returning to Welford Road next season with new clubs, could some of those people who "ironically" booed Tom Varndell on his return just explain how to boo "ironically" and how the players concerned can tell the difference between the ...
