We got rid of Thacker allegedly because he couldnt cut it in the heavy duty exchanges. And now we have Dolly, exactly the same. Montoya is two steps above both, but as a counter-point, either Thacker or Dolly type is a good balance, along with another heavy duty, like Clare.
