Re: Dazzling new European tournament?
As an ex BT employee ( I left to set a Company that finds a home for disgruntled BT customers and still make a nice residual income from it) Am I surprised that they have done a deal to be involved with a 'Dazzling New European Tournament' That at present only has 12 English clubs in it? No not at a...

Re: Heineken Cup - The future
Leinster and Munster have won five of the last seven Heineken Cups between them, with Leinster winning three of the last four, and their rivals in England and France believe that is partly a result of a qualification system that allows them to rest their players during th...

Can one of the 'grown ups' on here remove 2 of the posts please? It was only meant to be submitted once, despite it's undoubted quality. :smt023 If you ask one of us grown ups will expain to you how you can edit (and delete) your own posts. It is not difficult - my 3 year old grandson can manage it...

Re: England and France to pull out of HC
Having now been insulted by a variety of pseudo-gaelic posters (I say pseudo-gaelic for I don't know if they are actually as gaelic/brythonic as me) such as snoopster may I venture that it sounds to me like panic might be setting in. We may find out how good the Irish PROVINCES actually are if they...

][quote="Bill W I assume that you are a selective reader. I'm more a selective poster Bill, Quality not quantity. I don't feel the need to post on every topic. The previous two posts to yours suggested that in our experience AT was a true gent. I'm sure he is. Have you ever been in is company ...

Re: Alex to be arrested?!
lol If there was a story here it would of been done to death on the Interweb by now. By your own admission you have no idea of the credibility of the Sunday World. It's a bit like the N.O.T.W used to be over here. It is also noticeable that no one has actually jumped to defence of AT, instead have d...

Re: Alex to be arrested?!
John Terry was dealt with quite soon after, not a year, so its either incompetence by the Irish Police or a bit of a hyped up story.
The Sunday World is a rag. The Gardai, as with their counterparts in the UK are more than capable of Incompetance. So you are more than likely correct in vario...

Re: Alex to be arrested?!
The Police in this country get a bit of a pasting on a regular basis opportunities by our red top media but i am sure if a high profile rugby player, say a Brian O'Driscoll, came to England and got into a fight, where its alleged that he has given someone a serious injury, then he would have been a...

Re: Alex to be arrested?!
Now Why would this hit the news this week I wonder! I doubt that the Sunday World journo, complete rag that it is, would be either aware or in the remotely bit interested in Tigers or Alex’s forthcoming game this weekend. But if you know better please enlighten me, I love a good old 'conspiracy the...

Re: Alex to be arrested?!
Pure publicity seeking on the part of the police. There are plenty of more serious things for them to solve in Ireland than a rugby player being harrassed by a drunken Dubliner. Nowhere in the article does it mention that the Dubliner was drunk. I doubt you either witnessed the incident or have bee...

BJ, how dare you come onto Bill's forum and give the impression that you are more knowledgeable about anything to do with Tigers then he is. And since when has the actual facts got anything to with Bills world anyway.
Hopefully see you a Twickers mate.
