Re: Is it now time to thank Cockers?

I wouldn't know what it means to love this club just because I don't come from or live in Leicester?! How pathetic! You originally said the reason you stay away is because of Cockerill. Now you are saying it is because you can't afford it. Not being able to afford it is fair enough and a valid, sen...

Re: Is it now time to thank Cockers?

I hope Cockerill never leaves if it means the fickle people who won't go just because of one person, stay away. I support the club not specific people. I was wondering how long it would be before you had a go.. he's Leicester born and bred, it's his local club and he loves it (something by your loc...

Re: Dylan the Villain - red card!!

Extremely harsh. I've known and supported Tom since the dark days when even the Nottingham crowd were having a go at him and I'm sad to see the same lynch mob mentality out on him again. I'm also pretty sure he won't be feeling too great about the situation himself! I'm not so blinkered that I can't...

Re: Is it now time to thank Cockers?

That was actually painful to watch. I watched the game on BT Sport with my partner who was a season ticket holder but now refuses to go to any Tigers match while Cockerill is in charge.
Seriously- how much longer can Cockerill keep getting out of the proverbial jail after results like that?!

Re: Club shop and shirts

We had the same problem- my friend ordered a shirt and it never arrived. It dragged on so long without resolution that we had to threaten small claims court to get the money back.

Spare ticket for Quins game

Hi all
I have a ticket for the Quins game in the Mattioli Woods stand, I can't now make it. It's a good seat, near the front. It's just one seat unfortunately but if anyone wants it please PM me. I don't want anything for it.
Thanks, Maire.

Re: Nottingham!

I think saying Nottingham won't be in Europe isn't entirely correct. Last time I checked Ireland was still in Europe :smt003 and we're playing Leinster in the B&I this season :smt003 One thing I will concede is Nottingham have quite a lot of sponsorship from predominantly local companies. Those ...

Re: Teams Up v Newcastle (A)

Not sure what to think about that team!!! Looking forward to the game though. I'm already in Newcastle, standing outside the train station in my Tigers top- feeling brave :smt003 Did you brave Friday night in the town centre, then? MrsG once commented 'do any girls wear knickers round here?' having...

Re: New pitch for Ospreys game

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit and is not needed. In case you hadn't read my post properly ellis9 my beef is not with the cancellation of the game per se but the fact it's two days before. Surely Tigers as the big club they are would have known long before now they had injury issues. I'm not goin...

Re: New pitch for Ospreys game

As someone else kindly pointed out, two days before the game is not on. They must have known before now they couldn't field a team!!! As for the disrespect thing, others have graciously said that's unfair on us etc. You just said it was the right decision. Maybe so but some gracious words of some de...

Oh ho I wondered when ellis9 would wade in again.
I get the picture- Nottingham don't matter. Thank you to those who were respectful to us.

Re: Nottingham Tigers

Maire88 Nottingham has always been a football city. Nottingham rugby clubs fans come from the rural parts of Nottinghamshire. Leicester might have gone the same way except for two reasons . 1) We were formed before the foxes. 2) Our rural catchment area is so much larger than Nottinghams. We have s...
